What is Campapalooza?
Campa – pa- looza

The event that will showcase the best of Scouting in the Indian Nations Council. With thousands of participants of all ages having the opportunity to come together to celebrate in adventurous activities, fun games, fascinating displays and captivating shows all at the beautiful Zink Scout Ranch just 18 minutes north of downtown Tulsa there will truly something for everyone.
This event is also taking a traditional concept (of a Council Camporee) and putting a modern twist to it so it. We took the traditions of Scouting (camp) and added a palooza (which means “an exaggerated event”) to help add some piazzaz. We hope that the Campapalooza, although hard to say and spell, will bring excitement to you and your unit when planning to come. From the type of activities to the online registration and digital technologies we hope this is an exciting and smooth event to participate in.

This event is open to all Boy Scout Troops, Cub Scout Packs, Varsity Teams, Venturing Crews, and Explorer Post to camp all weekend. This Leaders Guide is designed to assist those attending the event to plan a successful weekend.

The volunteer committee and staff looks forward to hosting you and seeing you at the Zink Scout Ranch on April 17-19!
